Barefoot running survey now online

We’ve updated our barefoot running survey. It can now be completed conveniently online and you’ll be able to see summerised results after submitting.

We’re interested in responses from anyone who is running barefoot or who has run barefoot in the past — in this instance barefoot means running some miles completely barefoot or in very minimalist shoes, such as Vibram Five Fingers or aqua shoes (differentiation is made in the survey).
The survey examines runners’ experiences with barefoot running, e.g. their injuries — before and after — their challenges, their running habits and any benefits they may have noticed. The survey will help us to cut through some of the poorly informed opinions on barefoot running and to show what works and what doesn’t for runners who have ventured into barefoot running

Summerised results are available after completing the survey, and for those who leave their email address, more detailed analysis will be sent as it builds.

The barefoot running survey can be found here.
