Maybe it’s time for some of us to question our ideas about running. Perhaps some of those basic rules or guidelines that we follow, or are advised to follow by others, are not quite right for us.
In it’s recent, thought provoking article: Breaking all the Rules, Runners World suggests 6 ‘rules’ that maybe need to be reviewed. If nothing else, it proves that we are all different and we should be experimenting with our training to discover what works for us.
