There is quite a lot of info about running barefoot here because it’s been one of the hottest topics in the running community for many years. We are keen to learn how other runners introduce barefoot running to their running, and the effect it has on them and their bodies. So please get in touch if you’d like to log your barefoot progress on here for others to read and learn from. In due course there will be a book based on contributors’ reports on how the body adapts to running barefoot.
The RTP site itself contains more general running advice and articles, together with information about our downloadable and personalised running training plans. We offer plans to anyone who wants to improve their running, whether it be getting started running so that you can run non-stop for three miles, or running a marathon in a new personal best.
