Some aching also in the 4th and 5th metties.<\/p>\n<p>Comments: First comment: &#8216;Det er tuft \u00e5 springe barfot!&#8217; &#8216;It is tough to run barefoot!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>No nastiness.<\/p>\n<p>Changes in Running Style: I think I have let the cadence slip, or maybe I am rolling back onto the forefoot before picking the feet up again. This is not good . Still speedy, but I am trying to find a cruising speed. Slower times this week.<\/p>\n<p>Injuries: Some soreness in the region surrounding the left achilles, but not the tendon itself. Toe patches flaring up. aches in the morning. Not feeling as good as last week.<\/p>\n<p>Wisdom McNuggets: Will focus this next week on &#8216;tank&#8217; running. This is the type of running where one foot plops gently and flattish. This is how BF Ken Bob runs, as opposed to how Sandler runs, sproingy and gazzelleish.<\/p>\n<p>Splitting the runs up this next week. Rest day between each run.
