I was worried that i was too tired but I felt so energised! It&#8217;s not the fact that your feet are lighter without shoes, its just the extra feel that gives you a delicate stride and then a more energetic run.\u00a0I actually feel more lively after Ive run barefoot than before which is weird.\u00a0Im now frustrated that i cant repat this every morning at the moment, if I do I may tire myself out, so its a rest\u00a0 tomorow then back out there for another barefoot run, or VVF run at least , cant wait!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>after 2 weeks of the worst flu ever I was back running, I slowly built up my miles then this morning went out in my VVf&#8217;s.
