Sometimes I really do need to go, but often it&#8217;s a &#8216;false alarm&#8217; and just an unpleasant sensation. It&#8217;s actually the biggest hindrance to my running these days I think. I don&#8217;t run fast enough to get out of breath, my legs get a bit uncomfortable as I mentioned in my previous post, but they do seem to have adapted to the increase in weight, and my bump is neat enough not to have affected my balance or gait (or so it seems). \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;&#8230;.a serious challenge for the pelvic floor!
