I was thinking, as I wallowed in a hot bath after my run, that these terms are quite limiting and safe when it comes to setting goals. That&#8217;s probably the idea, but I began to think of alternative terms to spice things up a bit. I came up with the following, but am open to other ideas&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>S &#8211; stretching, super, significant<br \/>\nM &#8211; meaningful, marvellous, motivational<br \/>\nA &#8211; ambitious, aspirational, awesome<br \/>\nR &#8211; reaching, rewarding<br \/>\nT &#8211; tremendous, testing, totally<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know which of these I will apply to my goals for 2013 as I haven&#8217;t set any yet.
