Usually barefoot inside during the winter, prefer that over socks. Running barefoot just seemed like a natural progression of my preference to be barefoot and to run naturally.<br \/>\n<strong>Any pre-existing injuries, niggles<\/strong>. none<br \/>\n<strong>Usual running footwear.<\/strong> before barefoot, I ran in a neutral cushioned running shoe<br \/>\n<strong>Usual foot-strike style: <\/strong> midfoot mostly<br \/>\n<strong>Reasons for running barefoot<\/strong>. see above experience going barefoot.
