I&#8217;ve read about plenty of people that are running barefoot in the snow and on mountains, but this guy is having a bit of difficulty. \u00a0I was in Atlanta, GA this week for Rock and Roll shows and it was 40 degrees. \u00a0The entire country is turning into an ice burg. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Today I asked myself if maybe I started too early, maybe I might need to hold out for spring, but then I said screw it and laced up\u00a0tolerance\u00a0and\u00a0stepped\u00a0across the threshold. \u00a0Valentines Day and Fat Tuesday have come and gone and I am\u00a0committed\u00a0to at least make it to St.\u00a0Patrick&#8217;s\u00a0day without complaining again. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I signed up for a 5k in Baltimore, MD 4 weeks from now and plan on running this completely Barefoot. \u00a0This week I ran 6 full miles and I am approaching the 3.1 mark quicker than I\u00a0imagined. \u00a0Long live New Orleans and 180 steps per minuet cadence.<\/p>\n<p>Cheers, Bruno<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Now that I am back on track (at least I hope) I am progessing well but I can&#8217;t complain enough about the cold on my feet.
