{"id":812,"date":"2010-04-17T00:23:57","date_gmt":"2010-04-16T23:23:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/runningtrainingplan.com\/runningpress\/?p=812"},"modified":"2010-07-20T08:56:21","modified_gmt":"2010-07-20T07:56:21","slug":"week-6-summary-32810","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/runningtrainingplan.com\/runningpress\/week-6-summary-32810\/","title":{"rendered":"Week 6 summary (3\/28\/10) Neuroma better when BF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Total miles 26, 3\/4 in nike free<\/p>\n<p>2.25 BF (x3 runs, .75, .5, 1)<\/p>\n<p>asphalt, some dirt, nice weather 60-70&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>Prior to now, I X-trained much more (lap swim, eliptical, and bike), so I have been gradually increasing running (like I hoped for and lessened my X-training).<\/p>\n<p>Longest run this week\u00a0 6 miles, then 1 mile BF after.\u00a0 Right leg issues flared up later (my form must have been slacking with the distance=more pronation forgetting to do the things I learned(shorten stride, increase cadence, land with foot pointed straight)just have to keep working at it, when in shoes harder to stay consistent.<\/p>\n<p>TOFP so much better, just old fx site achy occasionally, calves better but still sore.
