Did about a mile on trails.<\/p>\n<p>No minimalist shoes, ran the balance of the route in regular running shoes.<\/p>\n<p>Weather: Was wetter, but did have some sun. Some snow while in Oslo.<\/p>\n<p>Condition of Feet: Some TOFP has been developing this week, almost totally in the right foot. It has been very minor, however. Will have to watch miles closely.<\/p>\n<p>Comments: No comments this week.<\/p>\n<p>Nasty things: Nothing nasty this week.<\/p>\n<p>Wisdom McNuggets: I need to be more patient. This is very difficult for me to do because I am enjoying myself quite a bit. However, the TOFP is showing me I need to stick to the 10 percent rule or risk injury and down time. This week I will add ten percent on last week and stick to it strictly. I hope I can do this.<\/p>\n<p>I have also starting tracking my miles online, BF and regular running.
