My feet were not in good shape.

Wisdom McNuggets: TMTS. That’s really it. I pushed through pain I should not have pushed through. I ignore TOFP that I should have been listening to. I paid the price in pain and frustration. I took 4 days off this week to let the feet get caught up. The rest helped and the TOFP is now gone, although there is some stiffness. I am not going to run anymore if there is any pain. I am not going to push it. I have been a fool.

To that end, I am scrapping last week’s plans to ditch the shoes and run only BF. I am not ready for this yet and will only push myself more to get some miles in. Not going to press the issue anymore.

I guess it has not been the best week for me this week, but I am healthy to try to do this right this week.

Total weekly miles: 7 miles.
