I didn’t get around to doing a barefoot run on the weekend so I went out this lunchtime. The same idea as last time – half with shoes, half barefoot, but rather than starting in Vivos I started in my normal off-road shoes. I’m hoping this will protect my heel a little.
By the way, the old skin from the blister on my left forefoot is finally starting to come away, which seems to be a surprisingly long time. It probably means my heel skin will also detach in a couple of weeks.
Anyway, it was dry today and the short run felt good. Some tenderness on the skin of my forefeet but OK for now.
