How to plan a running interval session

We’ve updated our page on interval session planning.

The page includes a downloadable table for anyone who likes to devise their own training schedule.

Simply select your current fitness level using a recent 5k, 10k or half marathon and choose your rep or interval distance; the table will show you your ideal time for each rep distance: 400m, 800m, 1k, 1200m, 1600m and a mile.
