Great running training sessions
Most of these training sessions can be run on or off the running track. Here in the UK we are a little poorly served by all-weather running tracks, but if you can get to a track you’ll find the environment really helps focus the mind on your training. Often, track sessions can be adapted to off-track sessions simply by using time rather than distance to define reps.
