Dodgy Knees

Knees

I think I have entered a period of adjustments.  Initially it was my right knee which occasionally became tender – just like when I used to wear my road shoes.  Now it is my left knee – and rather than feeling tender it is more a feeling of being slightly unstable and maybe a little inflamed inside.

Usually I can kneel on the floor and sit back on my ankles with no problems, and often stretch out my thighs this way.  At the moment my left thigh feels like it doesn’t want to do that as much as I want it to,and that it’s under some kind of pressure.

So I’m going to wear shoes with a low heel for the rest of the week, rather than my Vivos, and we’ll see what develops.
