Week 11 4mi with jogger

Pushing a new jogger now, it’s a single and doesn’t have a swivel wheel. Makes for an interesting run.

Went out against the wind (on the way out), 22mph and gusts at 30mph…rough way out, smooth sailing back in. Overall good run, feet felt excellent during and afterward.
