I woke up with a tight, right achilles tendon. This isn’t something I’m used to.
It’s not painful, or debilitating and I’m sure it will pass during the day but I shouldn’t be so cocky about my technique and distance. I should start at the beginning like everyone else.
Next week, truly barefoot, and very short.
