We’ve have just launched our Bespoke Training Plans.
These schedules are unique to you and your own running. We write them just for you after you complete a questionnaire telling us all about you, your health and your running.
You can choose to target a specific time over one of the common racing distances: 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon. Or you could use a schedule to get you on the road to sensible weight-loss and maintaining your ideal weight and body shape.
Perhaps you are new to running and don’t want to follow a generic schedule, but do want personalised training without the monthly recurring cost.
