This week was full of distrations to take my mind off how pathetic I am doing currently with my running. Had to wait in line for 2 hours to return a cable box to Comcast (worst company ever). Did my taxes, saw 2 concerts, played 2 concerts, flew around in a small plane, and got a measly 9.1 miles of running in (3 runs).
I basically haven’t been able to work on my form this week due to the blisters and tight right calf. I know what caused the blisters and they are getting better, but the calf issue is killing me. Not in a super painful way, but it’s limiting my ability to run fluidly. I did however finish reading my Chi Running book and I am excited to start implimenting it into my running NEXT week. As far as conditioning, I have been working out a lot during this transition and next week is a down week for weight lifting so I hope to get in more miles.
