The Day After

Achilles Tendon

I went Hashing on Monday night, after the barefoot run, as usual.   I wore my off-road shoes and there was some sensitivity but it was not too bad, just some tenderness in the pads.

This morning they are still tender, but no blisters, or enlargement of blisters, which is great.  Both Achilles tendons felt stiff when I woke up but that eased during the morning.

I might try another run at the end of the week, though it does feel like it’s still very close to the limit of my current tolerance.
