4th Barefoot Run – The Downs, part 2
Back to slapping around The Downs. This week I’m being more sensible – I’m running around only one half of The Downs and only half of that fully barefoot. I start in my Vivos and then half way around take them off. It’s rained this morning and the wet grass and tarmac feel lovely. Again, it feels like my thighs are doing a lot more work than normal.

The time has come to either bite the bullet and buy more road shoes or give them up altogether and stay with the neutral off-roaders. The title to the post tells you what I have decided, but can I pull it off?
