Started the week off with a nice sunny, albeit windy, 6 miler. Run was good, took it very slow for the first 3mi or so running with hubby and kids. Then when we went separate ways, I took off and probably ran faster than I should have. By about 5.5mi my left foot was hurting, ir was on the sides of my foot before my heel. Week 16: 9 Miles on Chip Seal
My second week out of town and the week before my Quarter Marathon (6.56 miles) was one for the records. 18 total miles and a 9 mile long run that felt 7 miles plus a lifetime on the worst roads in Georgia. My first 2 runs of 5 and 4 miles respectfully were both fantastic. Had a bit of the calf issue, but hardly worth noting.

Comments: I only got three runs in this week. One was a 20 miler in town, the other was a 6 miler that I did during a rain storm. I fit in only half a mile on the bike path during this run.
