Vibram Five Finger running
I am in pain a lot lately. Obviously not enough to keep me from running though. I got “the stick” to help with my pain in my calves. If you wanna run in vff’s or bf; GET the stick. It works wonders. Other than that; i feel like i’d have to re learn how to run in shoes again. You get lots of looks in these shoes. They’re just jealous. The pain is all about getting used
Week 10: Take Me To BlisterLand
After my great experience last weekend I was due for a crap week. I can’t explaine my actions as cocky, just stupid. I decided that maybe if I go and run one of my old routes from my shoed days, the sidewalks would be clear and clean. Boy was I wrong.
I went out Tuesday for a 4.5 mile loop and ended up dancing around rocks and gravel, walking through bad patches and running on the worst
Week 9: St. Patrick’s Day 5K
This week went quite well. Total milage was 12.1 and on Sunday I ran the Charm City St. Patty’s Day 5k in Baltimore MD, Barefoot.
I began running completely and solely Barefoot on January 10th, 2010. Since then I have followed the 1/8th of a mile up to 3 miles and then the 10% rule up until last Thursday when I ran my furthest distance of 4.5 miles. 2 months in, my feet feel great and
