Week 13: Settling In
This week was all about merging my mental ability to adjust my form, cue my body to relax, and my physical ability to run longer distances. This week I finished a 7-mile run, my longest distance since my marathon last year in October. Since the marathon, being injured, and starting this BF thing, I had only done a 10k (6.2 miles) on Thanksgiving and that was a major ITB disaster in itself.

Week 12: New Route, New Outlook
At the beginning of the week I did what I should have done a month ago when my runs began to reach the 3 mile mark, go find a better course to run barefoot. I rode my bike around in my VFF’s and found a much smoother road to a neighborhood that must have been repaved in the last year. Week 11: Cable, Taxes, Concerts, Flying and Some Running
This week was full of distrations to take my mind off how pathetic I am doing currently with my running. Had to wait in line for 2 hours to return a cable box to Comcast (worst company ever). Did my taxes, saw 2 concerts, played 2 concerts, flew around in a small plane, and got a measly 9.1 miles of running in (3 runs).
